Límites de velocidad: Una mirada desde la ecología conductual

Resumen

Se discute el caso de la alta velocidad en las vías públicas como una conducta insostenible, facilitada por deficientes condiciones de diseño. Se sugiere además un cambio en la forma que se calculan las velocidades máximas con el fin de incorporar democráticamente a los distintos grupos de usuarios de las vías y se recomienda para ello un enfoque ecológico al problema de la alta velocidad.
