Procesos comunicacionales soportados por inteligencia artificial generativa y la gestión del trabajo: implicaciones organizacionales y éticas

La inteligencia artificial generativa (IAG) reconfigura los procesos comunicacionales en el mundo del trabajo, desplaza el modelo lineal de
Shannon y Weaver hacia un entramado sociotécnico donde humanos
y algoritmos coproducen mensajes y decisiones. Contextualiza cómo
para Latinoamérica existe la adopción desigual de la IAG por brechas
de infraestructura y capacidades, y propone una agenda de gobernanza:
protección de datos, transparencia y auditorías, marcos normativos laborales
y mecanismos de reparación. Cierra delineando cinco tendencias
del trabajo futuro (automatización comunicativa, comunicación predictiva,
ecosistemas híbridos ser humano-máquina, regulación organizacional y
gobernanza ética) y plantea para países como Costa Rica la necesidad
de combinar eficiencia tecnológica con inclusión, rendición de cuentas
y control humano significativo.
