Abstract

This is a review of the travel writing book by Carolina Jiménez Acuña, Escape a Kuna Yala, published by the Open University press in San Jose, Costa Rica (Editorial Universidad Estatal a Distancia-EUNED) in the year 2016. The author Jiménez is an art historian, visual artist and writer, who has also advised art projects of indigenous peoples (Naso-Tjërdi, Bribri and Cabecar). The book consists of 126 pages and has the ISBN 978-9968-48-314-8.
