Agroforestry, Community Life and Regional Development in Settlement Louisiana, Limon

After taking in count the geographic, social and economical context of which Louisiana settlement belongs (Siquirres, Limón) its characterized of the predominant soil use and the presence of a combination of trees and farming in the productive systems of the settlement. From a zone based in the former it is explained each of the agro-forestal systems encountered and its interpreted the meaning that they have for the family life, for the communal process and the regional development. The data was contextualized in the rural context. Field work was done between March and October of 2001.References
