Final graduation work carried out in the municipal public library of Belén, with the aim of elaborating the catalogue of standardization of terms, which would serve as support in the process of indexing of documents. It was necessary to develop a terminology control instrument that will record the terminology used by the library and provide security in the retrieval of information.
