Author Guidelines

Dear Author:

Please refer to our publication guidelines at the following link before submitting your proposal.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your proposal, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

  1. Compliance with Ethical Standards
  • Confirm that the work is original and unpublished.
  • Ensure there is no plagiarism or practices contrary to the journal's code of ethics.
  • In case of approval, sign the Letter of Assignment of Permissions for Publication.
  • Obtain necessary permissions for the reproduction of copyrighted works.
  1. Format and Length
  • Verify that the article is between 5,000 and 8,000 words in length.
  • Include the title of the article in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Add an abstract in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (100-150 words each).
  • Include six keywords in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, standardized using the UNESCO Thesaurus.
  1. Author Information
  • Place below the title, in italics, the author's name and surname.
  • Add a footnote with the following information:
    • Nationality.
    • Highest academic degree, institution where it was obtained (with acronym and country).
    • Current institutional affiliation (position, institution, department, country).
    • E-mail address (preferably institutional).
    • ORCID link (required for publication).
  1. Quotations and References
  • For citations of less than 40 words: include them within the paragraph, with quotation marks and without italics.
  • Ensure that electronic references include their respective URL or DOI.
  • In the references section:
    • Include only the sources cited in the text.
    • Order references alphabetically.
    • Use French indentation.

Note: If these requirements are not met, the proposal will be rejected before going to the refereeing system.
