Resumen
En este artículo se presenta un modelo de reducción de costos para una unidad productiva mediante la opción de outsourcing salarial dentro de la misma organización y que permite simultáneamente disminuir los costos salariales y mantener los derechos de los trabajadores estipulados en la legislación laboral del país. Una opción alternativa en situaciones de crisis económica mundial.
Abstract
In this article there presents himself a model of reduction of costs for a productive unit by means of the option of wage outsourcing inside the same organization and that allows to diminish simultaneously the wage costs and to support the rights of the workpeople stipulated in the labor legislation of the country. An alternative option in situations of economic world crisis.
