Abstract

This essay examines how a simple piece of clothing can become a complex expression of the stereotyped representation of sexuality and women’s bodies,
unequal power relations, sexual violence and violence of all kinds, and points out the subjectivity of the administration of justice, almost always in cases of
sexual violence, biased from a patriarchal point of view.
