    Gonzalo Facio (1918). Abogado y político costarricense, obtuvo el Doctor HonorisCausa en la Universidad de New York. Fue Ministro de Economía y Hacienda (1949),Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores (1970) y embajador de Costa Ricaante el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América (1990 a 1994).
