DIAGNOSTICO DE LA ENFERMEDAD DE MAREK EN LAS AVES
Abstract
En el diagnóstico de la. enfermedad ·de Marek de las aves se demuestra la importancia método histológico, mediante el estudio de la infiltración linfocltaria en nervios ciáticos. Se estudia el comportamiento del agente etiológico de la enfermedad sobre membrana corio-alantoidea de huevos embrionados de 19 días inoculados con virus de campo y el efecto citopático del virus vacunal en cultivos celulares de fibroblastos de embrión de pollo.
